Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags intact. -
How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at contact@thatmusicvibe.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item you’d like to exchange. -
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your new item will be shipped out within 7 business days.
Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free refunds.

How to Request a Refund:

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Important Information
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact@thatmusicvibe.com with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
